Do these rolls freeze well?

Red Star Yeast | Reply

Hi Matthew,

Yes I would wrap them in plastic wrap individually and then put them in a freezer ziploc to prevent freezer burn.

Happy Baking!

I tried this recipe and it was perfect! I let the buns rest in the warm oven for 30 minutes before baking and they doubled in size! I baked them for 15 minutes and they were perfectly golden. We had a few of them that day, and the next morning to heat one I just heated them in the microwave oven for 10 seconds and they were perfect again, like fresh from the oven. Thank you!
