Place on cookie sheets. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger and garlic powder; gradually add water, stirring until smooth. Add Vintage Fruit Syrup, vinegar and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add drained Vintage Fruit; remove from heat.
