Vintage Fruit Ice
A quick and easy freezer dessert. Handy to do ahead. Completes a meal any time of the year.

This recipe makes 4 to 6 servings
  • 1 cup Vintage Fruit, drained
  • 1 TBSP Lemon juice
  • 2 Egg whites
  • dash Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
  1. Spoon fruit into blender container; blend at medium speed until somewhat smooth. Add lemon juice. In small mixer bowl, beat egg whites and salt until stiff peaks form. In medium mixing bowl, gently fold egg whites and whipped topping into blended fruit. Spoon lightly into metal bowl or baking pan. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Spoon into dessert glasses to serve.
