Vintage Fruit and Berry Cream

A unique creamy dessert as simple as combining dry gelatin, Vintage Fruit, cottage cheese, and whipped cream. Good as a salad too!
Yield 4 to 6 servings



  • 1 cup Vintage Fruit (drained)
  • 1 cup cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1 (3oz) package strawberry or raspberry flavored gelatin
  • 1 (4½oz) carton whipped topping (or 2 cups whipped cream)


  • In blender container, combine Vintage Fruit and cottage cheese; blend at medium speed until fruit is partially crushed.
  • In medium mixing bowl, combine blended fruit mixture and dry gelatin; mix thoroughly. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into serving bowl or individual serving dishes. Cover and refrigerate until served. Serve as salad or dessert.
