Stir in yeast; let sit 5-10 minutes.Add eggs, oil and honey to yeast mixture. Using paddle attachment, mix until blended.In a medium bowl, whisk together all dry mixture ingredients until thoroughly combined. With mixer on low speed, gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture; mix until well blended. On medium speed, beat about 5 minutes. Pour batter into pan.
