Frosty Vintage Fruit Cups

Macaroon crumbs and Vintage Fruit Sauce blend with ice cream for an easy family dessert in paper cups – add wooden sticks for the kids!
Yield 4 to 6 servings



  • 2 cups (1 pint) vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 1/2 cup Vintage Fruit (drained)
  • 3/4 cup Macaroon cookies, coarsely crumbled (about 6 cookies)


  • In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring gently. Spoon into 3- or 5-ounce paper cups or cupcake cups. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
  • TIP: For children's treats, insert wooden sticks into center of filled cups before freezing; remove paper cups just before serving.
