Frosty Vintage Cups
Macaroon crumbs and Vintage Fruit Sauce blend with ice cream for an easy family desert in paper cups - add wooden sticks for the kids!

This recipe makes 4 to 6 servings
  • 2 cups (1 pint) Vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • ½ cup Vintage Fruit, drained
  • ¾ cup (about 6 cookies) Macaroon cookies, coarsely crumbled
  1. In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring gently. Spoon into 3- or 5-ounce paper cups or cupcake cups. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.

  2. TIP: For children's treats, insert wooden sticks into center of filled cups before freezing; remove paper cups just before serving "lollipops."
