Ultimate Sandwich Bread

Made with an easy yeast dough, this homemade bread is perfect for sandwiches, or toasted with jam or butter.
Yield 1 (8½x4½-inch) loaf

Instructions
- Make the ultimate simple dough through the first rise (through step 4).
- Prepare pan: Grease a 8½x4½-inch bread pan; set aside.
- On lightly floured surface, roll dough out to a 14×7-inch rectangle. Starting with shorter side, roll up tightly, pressing dough into roll with each turn. Pinch edges and ends to seal. Place into prepared pan. Cover; let rise until indentation remains after lightly touching, about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until it’s light golden brown. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack before slicing.

Yummy! I made this into bread and pizza dough. It works great both ways- I will, however, roll the pizza dough out thinner next time. 🙂
