Gluten Free Fine Dinner Rolls
Gluten-free dinner roll recipe that is easy to make and perfect for every day or special occasions.
- 1 1/4 cups water (110-115°F)
- 1 (0.25oz) package (7g) or 2 1/4 teaspoons Red Star Active Dry Yeast
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 cups garfava bean flour
- 1/3 cup rice flour
- 2/3 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon xanthan gum
- 1 1/2 teaspoons table salt
Prepare pan: Grease a 12 cup muffin pan; set aside.
Add warm water to stand mixer bowl. Stir in yeast; let sit 5-10 minutes.
Add eggs, oil and honey to yeast mixture. Using paddle attachment, mix until blended.
In a medium bowl, whisk together all dry mixture ingredients until thoroughly combined. With mixer on low speed, gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture; mix until well blended. On medium speed, beat about 5 minutes.
Spoon batter into greased bread muffin cups; allow to rise approximately 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Bake for 15 minutes; until tops are golden brown. Serve warm.
