Registration for the 2019 Fair Program is now open. 

Welcome all County and State Fair Administrators and Culinary Coordinators!

RED STAR Yeast offers a co-operative program for your local fair that will enhance your already established baking contests.  We, naturally, like to encourage people in the art of yeast baking. One of the favorite locations to celebrate individual creativity in this area is at the county and state fairs across the country.

In an effort to encourage participation in yeast baking, we will again provide RED STAR® Yeast and coupons for all contestants in any of the food categories. In addition, we will provide three RED STAR® merchandise award items to be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in the yeast bread categories. The exact prize items for 2019 are yet to be determined. The merchandise awards will be similar in value to those given in previous years.

For your premium booklets, indicate that Red Star Yeast will provide RED STAR® merchandise items to be given as awards. Please state that to be eligible to win the Red Star Yeast prizes, contestants must use Red Star Yeast and attach an empty packet or photo to their recipe entry.

In order to register your fair for our 2019 fair yeast baking contest sponsorship program, please complete the 2019 Fair Participant form below. This form is password protected. If you have participated in our program previously you will receive the password in February via email or snail mail. If you have never participated, but are interested in our program please email us at RSYFairProgram.us@lesaffre.com and we will send you the information.
