Gluten-free and dairy-free homemade yeast bread recipe. Slice thick, and add your favorite fillings for the perfect sandwich.

Ingredients
1 1/2cupwater
3largeeggs
3tablespoonsvegetable oil
3tablespoonshoney
1cupwhite bean flour
1cupbrown rice flour
1/2cuptapioca flour
1/4cupsoy flour
3/4cuppotato starch
1tablespoonxanthan gum
1 1/2teaspoonssalt
1(0.25oz) package (7g) or 2 1/4 teaspoons Red Star Active Dry Yeast
Instructions
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Add water, eggs, oil and honey to small bowl; whisk to combine. Pour into bread pan. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly blend remaining dry ingredients using a whisk. Add to bread pan on top of liquid ingredients.
Select gluten free cycle; start machine. After the mixing action begins, help any unmixed ingredients into the dough with a rubber spatula, keeping to edges and top of batter to prevent interference with the kneading blade.
When the cycle is complete, remove the pan from the machine. Allow the bread to remain in the pan for approximately 10 minutes, then invert pan and shake gently to remove the bread. Cool upright on a rack before slicing.
