Vintage Berry Cream
A unique creamy dessert as simple as combining dry gelatin, Vintage Fruit, cottage cheese, and whipped cream. Good as a salad too!

This recipe makes 4 to 6 servings
  • 1 cup Vintage Fruit, drained
  • 1 cup Cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1 package (3 oz.) Strawberry or raspberry flavored gelatin
  • 1 carton (4+1/2 oz.) Whipped topping or 2 cups whipped cream
  1. In blender container, combine Vintage Fruit and cottage cheese; blend at medium speed until fruit is partially crushed. In medium mixing bowl, combine blended fruit mixture and dry gelatin; mix thoroughly. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into serving bowl or individual serving dishes. Cover and refrigerate until served. Serve as salad or dessert.
