Registration for the 2017 Fair Program will begin February 2017.
Welcome all County and State Fair Administrators and Culinary Coordinators!
Once again we are offering a co-operative program for your local fair that will enhance your already established baking contests. We, at RED STAR Yeast, like to encourage people in the art of yeast baking. One of the favorite locations to celebrate individual creativity in this area is at the county and state fairs across the country.
For your premium booklets, indicate that Red Star Yeast will provide a RED STAR® (1) insulated tote bag, (1) instant read thermometer, and (1) tea towel to be given as awards. Please state that to be eligible to win the Red Star Yeast prizes, contestants must use Red Star Yeast and attach an empty packet or photo to their recipe entry.
In order to register your fair for our 2017 fair baking contest sponsorship program, please complete the 2017 Fair Participant form below. This form is password protected. If you have not participated before or if you did not receive the password, please email Carrie at Carrie.Merten@lsaf.com.
