Registration for the 2017 Fair Program will begin February 2017. 

Welcome all County and State Fair Administrators and Culinary Coordinators!

Once again we are offering a co-operative program for your local fair that will enhance your already established baking contests. We, at RED STAR Yeast, like to encourage people in the art of yeast baking. One of the favorite locations to celebrate individual creativity in this area is at the county and state fairs across the country.
